Okay, I found two items I think should be considered trophies in one WT:

Gambled after nightmare baal quest

And

Storm Sunder:



Found in Super Chest in hell LKs.

Fun stuff. I pretty much completed My WT using Storm Sunder but started Hell using Skull Edge.
