Everyone is 40hr/wk salary then hourly after 40 where I work so if you miss a day due to a sickness then you still get the salary plus sick time but I work in a software development firm.

Really? That's generous of the company most salary jobs are 40hr pay at 50hr

One of the best companies to work for. If you have a degree in a Engeering or Computer field then I can get anyone a paid internship here ($24.30/hr) with a chance at full time. The interns do work a lot though but we give about 90 percent of our applicants a chance that has any programming knowledge.

Most interns work 50-60 hours foe 3 months. All hourly so time and half after 40.

Bleh. I used to work 50+ hour weeks but now I'm a consultant and work about 4 hours a day and get paid for the full 8 since I'm salary haha. It's the best!
