My guess would be either one of two ways go melee get yourself a dream helm max light mastery, then enchant, fire mastery, meteor, an as many of its synergies as possible. Incredible elemental zeal damage then spam meteor to stop their regen.

Or use an eternity sword or harmony bow revive urdars an use meteor to help with health regen.

To be honest even if u got past Lilith I don't you would of been able to take Mephisto without revives.

do you know what choices you have to stop regen in pre ubers and ubers?

usually it's poison which does not work there anymore
then you have open wounds i think which does not work there anymore...
and then you have PMH which does not work on your merc

so you got to have PMH on some item of your char right?

i still didnt give up completly about killing ubers.
thinking about getting 2 tokens, to switch to meteor for ubers, and then later back to light.
and i could build eternity to use the revive charges on it. would "only" need a ber and a sur to build it
