14.25/Hr is guaranteed.

Commission isn't even what we live off of, it's just fun money to blow or save.

This. My current job starts off on a regular salary, but after 1year of working here I get commission on top of my salary. Looking forward to it.

On that note.. Any one else get like, overly agitated at the fact that people type "Need chasko and tshaco and 500 different versions of SHAKO?

Woof 14.25 a hour. Why would you do that to yourself? My salary if divided to hourly is 58.43

It’s all about what makes you happy. Better to be homeless with true happiness than a millionaire who doesn’t have a calm heart. I know those are two extremes, just trying to use hyperbole to make a point. I think it was a bit rude to shit on his hourly earnings like that. The truth is he could make 1/10 what you make and still be far richer in all important aspects of life o.o

I also belive benfits out weigh higher wages. I left my last job a year ago for a job with same pay but closer to home and better insurance and more match on my 401K, still searching for that pension though

My place of employment is awesome. They provide you all sorts of benefits even "self recovery days". It's basically paid time off but doesn't count towards your time off. For every 3 consecutive days you work you get 1 1/2 days added to your self recovery days which can be used whenever.

Can you cash em out or roll them over or are they use or loose on the "recovery"

You lose them annually but why would you not use them? You could literally work a 4 day week then 3 day week and repeat. I usually work 3 weeks straight besides weekends then take the 4th week off.

We'll yeah in a salaried postion but If hourley that could screw up your time and half if you crank out O.T
