Did you try with life tap wand on swap?
BO, put cta in stash/cube, equip wand, fight, then switch back when BO is almost out?
Not sure if prevent monster heal works on her from grief though.

Out of those options, if you plan to keep using her for fun, then I'd go option 2, then option 3.
If you are going to use her for a farmathon or something similar, gotta be option 1.

yeah if i used the torch from my pally, i would remove it ofc before i join a farmathon.

u cant kill her with spells since she will regen life, if merc hits her and stops healing, whenever u hit, it "disappears"... so either u hit her and use magic skills... but dunno really

yeah its very tricky. just left the game, lost 1x3, well could be worse...
tried different things, boosted mercs and my psn res up to 90, switched to defiance aura, he still got wrecked, tried slow eq on merc, did not work...
running out of ideas atm...

you might have to try some really weird tactics with weird items to bring her down.

my first though is you need prevent monster heal (Infinity which you already have) and a TOUGH merc setup. Whatever means necessary to keep him alive against lillith.

Maybe mess around with a Harmony bow for the + revive charges. revive a ton of Urdars and static field her(if that works on ubers idk). let your merc and urdars beat her down. meanwhile you need to find a way to keep her slow as possible. glacial spike? holy freeze? not sure here, maybe keep switching between a *slows target* polearm (there are a few of them) and infinity on your merc. There seems to be a little delay on the monster healing if you switch every few seconds. I had to do that when I killed on p8 with my necro. Swapped obedience and Woestave in and out to keep him slow and prevent healing.

I could be totally wrong, but it's worth a try to experiment with some weird items to see what combos you could possibly equip. life tap wands prefade yourself and merc, etc

yeah, thought about the same already, tried slow with kelpie + blackhorns face, didnt work, she killed him instantly.
prevent monster heal does not work, would have been easy with my natures peace, only wayy to stop reg is OW and Psn. build a 80 ias 50 Ow Pb, didnt work, i have to retreat to heal ---> she heals faster.
thought about ranged attacks with bows too, but cant hit her often enough, she hides in the corner, i have to step in the door to make her come out, or merc does and she buttfucks him...
