Well, looks like I found what I was asking for, although the values aren't what I'd hoped for! PR is really coming along, just need a slight SC upgrade or a Mara's to max it.
Um was actually the first mid+ rune that dropped! About 100 runs in.

Still ISO: Ethereal Reaper's, -5/5 fire facet, Mara's, SoJ or BK ring, more skill GCs
Remaining Goals: 3k+ fire damage from Fire claws, 5k+ damage overall
