ya i know its all just luck. ive had some decent luck in the past on finding items but never really had luck with runes. maybe they just start dropping all around me one day

I ran a bunch today after the Lo drop, but it was mostly all disappointment. Let me share my frustration:

Where are the resists?

Then I found three more with resists, but none over 30, so into the cube they went. Results:





I still have one socket quest left. I'll use it on any elite pally shield 30+ res I think.

My nice eth FRW / Fire res / MF boots broke.




I upped these because I could. I'm using them on a trial basis for now, but with no FRW and low MF and low fire res compared to my others, I'm not sure how I like it.

The upside of the boot is this:



The War Travs I've got also have significant defense, so comparing boots to no boots is not a valid comparison. But it is compared to most of my other boots.

Another vmagi, 29 res, MDR 12 this time. The one Torch wears is a 24, 10 MDR. Not worth the runes (and socket loss) to upgrade.

Another reason to start a fresh character.

maybe you should focus on running nila/diablo/baal? exp must be getting real slow now from the others.
