Hownoften do you kill monsters with 1 stab?

With mobs I let my golem and merc tank and start killing and I will stab one monster, then pull off and stab another and repeat to let poison take effect. Then circle back as needed. Lots of monsters in NM still die with 1 good stab on P8 if I let the poison timeout. It's not quite as godly as it looks though at this point. I mostly refrain from spamming poison nova unless I run into a dangerous situation and need some quick kills. Mostly running melee here. Poison nova is hitting almost 3k psn damage currently over only 2 second though so it is definitely more powerful currently. I really need a better dagger to up my melee game at this point. Looking for a fleshripper or a decent temp.

Here is my current gear and charm setup also for those curious. This setup I am using specifically for farming nm Meph and will drop the 3 piece Sigs (using for the 50% mf boost) and the MF rings when I progress. Have a SOE currently for progression belt, some decent res boots, and need a 2os shield to make my Rhyme or find another decent shield, Trang's etc.. Looking for better rings, a ravenfrost would be nice as well as a nice melee rare ring with some resists, a better ammy with +PNB skills, resists and or life, a fleshripper or other decent wep. Gores and Gface and or additional Trang's pieces (will have to play around with different combinations as I find gear to see what works best) will also be nice to add in as I progress. Open to other options and will progress with what I have as I feel I am able. Not necessarily going to wait for my gear to be perfect to progress. Once I make it to A3 hell I will spend some good time in LK farming runes for some big upgrades for myself and merc.

Also I am not running extended stash so I have very limited space to keep spare gear hanging around which makes this much more challenging

Let me know if you guys have any other/better ideas on what I should be looking for.
