Actually, if you go this route, the Tower Cellar looks like the best place to farm for it. Those monsters should go down quickly with war cry.
The benefit for doing Countess runs would be making double Blacks to whack bosses with too. I think it's two hard points to Double Swing. Then getting to 9 should be easy with + Skills.
Ill gonna try to find some CB on merc and some on me for reruns. But each first time I kill a boss I need to do it with War Cry. This is a pain
