That's what I was thinking I was looking when I quit playing last night , I'll have to see if I have any AMN runes , can they drop from countess? I skipped my countess runs on this walk and just kept playing , looks like I'll have to drop back a bit

Is crushing blow still just as effective in p8 games as it is in p1 games?

Its not. I tried looking it up and it says p1 is 1/4 health per cb and p8 is 1/18th + other factors.

And your only hope at an Amn pre A5 norm was hell forge(Highest rune it can drop). And maybe diablo himself.

i cubed one with thul runes and i have a low strength sword , dosent seem to help alot in p-8 , i still wanted to try it though, it may help once i have a sword that does more initial damage then let the CB factor into it afterwards, i read up on it on arreat summit and on diablo wiki, on p-8 i believe it does instead of 1/4 damage it goes to 1/18 damage i beloeve is what i saw so its really not a huge help as far as p-8 goes, except for bosses of course where every bit helps speed up the long battle, as for regular progress it seems to not be of much help over a good sword or axe
