If you have a few pgems, you should be able to get razortail unique belt. This will help tremendously. The next thing you need to do is change out your Hat. Depending on what you have available to you, you can go with the delirium as suggested here, or you can keep tals mask and get an ATMA's ammy. Either way, you need to change out something to get better killing speed or safety. Delirium for safety, ATMA's ammy for killing speed.
I personally feel the 10 in multi shot are wasted as you need points into Valk. I mean if you spent 1 on each of the D/A/E then why not Valk? A maxed guided arrow sounds like this is more for PVP and not PVM as guided is overkill for monsters. Usually for PVM, magic arrow is a secondary skill as there is not a single monster who is PI/MI. Even if there was such a critter, you could slap on the ATMA's ammy and eventually Amp damage would kick in and the PI part would go away.
Get a decent ravenfrost ring for one finger and a dual leach for the other finger this way the ammy spot is free for whatever and then the hat can be interchanged as well. With a valk, merc, and decoy to tank for you, resists and def will not be a concern.
If the faith is not in a zon specific bow, maybe you could get an act 1 merc and stick it on her and then get a Windforce for yourself. I am not a big fan of Faith as I have done many a calculations and WF is far superior than Faith in every aspect. Most b.netters have CTA and Spirit on switch for most of thier characters and you can use this switch to cast your Valk. Do not waste your time or effort looking for a BOTD bow. This does not even come close to the damage that a WF can do. If you are worried about attack speed, stick a shael in the bow. This with some other IAS gear can garner you some serious speeds.
If your looking for handouts, best I have to offer you is a WWS with 2x shael in it. Its not upped so your faith would be a better choice at this time. I only have the one razortail and I use my Zon to chaos peeps when some one is looking for it for free. GL with your zon and if you decide to remake, be sure to get the following satisfied before you spend any other points nilly willy:
Maxed Strafe
Maxed Valk
enough into pierce so that the final sLvL is 13 so that when you are wearing razortail, your final chance to pierce is 100%
Atleast 5 hard points into Decoy to boost valk. This will double the valk's life and add an additional 10% resist all.
Atleast 1 into the remaining Passives
That ^^ is 57 or so points. The remaining points can go into magic arrow as a backup skill/single monster killer (boss) or you can alternate between magic arrow, critical strike, and penetrate. The only reason to deviate into the javalin skills is if you do not want magic arrow as your backup skill.
Stat points should be obvious, str enough for gear, vit enough for >700 life more if you are picky, rest into dex.
