Imo it's fine, you don't have enigma so you cant zoom through maps. Java and hdin have been boosted with the new items too. You also have nova sorc and mosaic sins.
I haven't played a warlock geared to the teeth so cant really compare tho. Regardless, it's going to be patched, and blood boil will be even more nerfed than ES will be.
