I didn't.

I went and gambled about 1 million gold to see if I could get a magic or rare Fcr ring but no luck. I decided screw it, I'll just gimp myself for a while until I can get a Fcr ring, I want to use this Tal set!

On screen damage is about 4k less than my previous setup, but the -15% ELR will be very nice as well as the additional MF which is at about 260% right now.
