If you are going pure Lightning build, you really need to find a way to reach 117 fcr bp. Your dps will suffer with less Fcr. If you are going to use SS:
'HotO' (40), Trang/Magefist (20), Arach (20), Viper (30), Rare/Crafted Fcr ring (10) = 120 Fcr

Yes, Lightning is a mana hungry skill. Get some MAEK, like Silkweave or crafted caster gloves.
