You should just leave the game until there are no souls in PoD/CotD. They are what killed my last Necro. =( They still do way too much damage and if you run into a hero and get hit by a few at once you just insta-die.

Missing too much to be usefull.
Pretty hard to beat ik belt with crafted one but with good ll, ow, str, life and res it's possible. Chances are pretty slim tho
From Andy iirc. Pretty cute boots but useless for me due to boot type
