didn't know a level 66 item could drop from nm mephisto
(i'm level 67 due to heavy farming, so this is perfect xD)
This replaces the grabo helm i've been using since act 1 normal or so
still no titans 70 + runs later.

Req Level of an item is not Item Level
You can legit have Hotspurs which are iLvl99 (which we've seen some1 modding into a normal difficulty act1 ) if they drop by lets say Baal

Modded and legit doesn't go hand in hand
but i know that ilvl isn't always relevant.
though this is the first item i've seen in 300 runs or so that above level 47 req.
