You should do an item restriction as well, something like only 1 unique item per slot. Meaning if one character has a unique helm the other one is not allowed to use a unique helm. So only one shako allowed and the other has to use a rare etc etc etc

-dont have too many weird rules as they tend to make WTs hard to follow. Also most of the fun is in the item finding and using as achievement.

-if Barb or druid, I'd say no BO maybe. No heart of oak. Heart of wolverine is ok though.

Now for some builds hmmm

Enchant sorc + curse necro with mercs for most damage lol (this is the hard and probably boring.
Insert any buffer character (HoW, auras, etc in place of either char)

Dual WW Barb (bo fine). Would be cool to see two wws just plowing groups down. Also would be fun to see you overcome phys immune together.
One could shout away danger too.

Dual claw or kicksin no traps. Have to use charge ups , could be some fun animations

Dual two handed Zon with dual A2 mercs (polearm party! )😄

Another rule you could have if you want is no teleport allowed.

This would just be a fun expansion walk melee that I've yet to see, a rule I personally like is no lk or continuous reruns I feel like people make it to act 3 play it safe until built end game and progress I feel like farming all ilvl85 areas and unique mobs would make for a more enjoyable gameplay then boring safe lk runs for months
