Wrong once again 0perator. Shako can drop from nm baal. NM Baal has ilvl of 75, shako has ilvl of 69. Monsters get ilvl of 69 starting in worldstone. So no pindleskin cannot drop shako but anywhere from worldstone, throne or baal you have a chance.
