I have 99 dex and I have mb in a heraldic shield. I forget the level, but close to yours.

/e looking back at some gear I think you have tal belt and the +10+ dex ring. Got it. That’s why

yea with out those i have 89 and i still have 1 sc with 2 dex and 1 with 1 dex
