Number of runs : 100 (not too much)
Specific Item : Too soon for that

Exercices every 10 runs :

- 50 jump ropes
- 1 pinan of my choice ( Shorin ryu Kata )

Extra because i owe some:

13 Pushup
13 squats
25 jumping jack

Hotspurs and tarnhelm WOULD be nice, but any low level unic that are troublesome to find is fine.
