This almost could have been cool. If it would have been +3 to a useable skill


I decided to switch things around with merc helm + armor.
He was originally wearing Rockstopper (10% DR, resists) + Skin of the Flayed One (5 LL, 20 Rep) but I decided to switch to a Rockfleece (10% DR) I had stashed and also my Tal helm (10 LL, resists, life). Would give more life leach, same DR, more life, and similar resists.

I decided to up the Rockfleece for more defense


Boom

And just when I was starting to lose hope on these Countess runs....MAL!


So here's my runes for my future 'CtA'. Just missing Ohm is all.


Here's the base I'll be using for the 'CtA'. Don't know why, but I've always like to use Double Axes or Nagas for 'CtA''s. Crystal Sword and Flail just seems so cliché.

Ok, so this is where I'm at:

1. Still looking for Lem to make merc a 'Treachery' I'm not really sure how this hasn't dropped yet. I will continue to farm Hell Countess heavily until one drops.

2. Hell is going slowly but surely. I made it to Outer Cloister WP so I want to run Pits to level up and hopefully find some runes, useful uniques, and a 4os Monarch or white Monarch I can cube.

3. I still need to farm NM a little to farm for some pieces I think I should have gotten there. Namely Tal belt, Tal orb, etc...

I'm gonna have a lot of time to play this coming weekend, so I'll post some updates afterwards!

I got some updates for anyone that's following this circus ride!

I was doing some stash organizing/cleaning when this happened


I hadn't even typed /p8 yet, so I figure what the hay, let's go check him out on p1....


A grievous error to say the least...

Merc died instantly, I tried static'ing him but almost died, I tried to spam a few lightning's at him but yeah, horribly undergeared to take on Dclone at this point 😕

So I was running Countess and hobbling my way through Pits. I ran Countess for about 30+ runs and the best rune to drop was a Fal. Found some useful items though

This almost could have been godly, but not quite.


These two GC's popped from same chest. The Light skiller will come in handy once I have 'Infinity'

At this point I decided I needed to forge forward and make for the land of milk and honey....LK!

Andy was tough, 3-shotted merc. Quest drops were horrendous. I tried to farm her for a few runs but my gear sucks too much right now to efficiently farm her. Moving on.

I'm currently FO/Firewall for progression. FO is pathetically weak, but Firewall seems to be doing pretty good. I hit 6k Firewall damage


Fat Slug & Staff

I didn't take a s/s of Ammy cuz it was a Viper Pit of Death down there (shudders) 😣 I got in, grabbed ammy, and left.

Found this fella on the way to Duriel. Stashed.



I get a D- for taking s/s this go around. I failed to take one of Summoner (yes, it was the 4th try...😒) and Staff going into Duriel...*sigh*...Surprisingly, Duriel wasn't too bad.

Before making my way to LK, I decided to re-stat to pure Blizz and farm Ancient Tunnels a bit. No Cold Immunes ftw! 😏👍🏻


Even with 300+ MF, didn't find much of anything.
Will make Eth 'Obedience' out of this eventually. Saving my Fal's to cube a Lem for 'Treachery' first.


Nice little charm. Will use this.
