Sweet AR ring, and I can finally ditch that cheap armor from Larzuk and put on my old Twitch


Aight, let's grind that xp! Should be noted that I am barred from farming any unique item drops from Baal. So, I mostly searched for gear in TZs but still ran a whole bunch of Baal for xp

I ran a crazy amount of Baal runs for xp lolol. So many that I ended up only getting just a little bit of noticeable xp from Dinos and Baal--nothing outside of them. Unfortunately, all of the drops from the TZs and Baals were nothing of note.

So! Here we are about to prep for Nightmare!! With that said, I must respec and animorph from a basic bear into a Polar Bear :blink:

fk, I misclicked lol. I was supposed to be limited to 150 hard points into Vit. Oh well, not gonna waste another respec just to adjust 1 pt haha

Here is what we are gonna be rocking for Nightmare!


Let's get it!












Here is a recap of the Nightmare Restriction List:







Nightmare
(there are fewer restrictions due to the added difficulty)


Must be a POLAR BEAR DRUID until next difficulty is reached.

Here is the skill plan:



Act I (NM)
  • You may not use any skill that is level 18 or greater until Andariel (NM) is defeated.
  • You must find a unique bow prior to fighting Andariel (post a screenshot of the drop w/ stats screen open).
  • You may not use antidotes while fighting Andariel (post a screenshot w/ stats screen open during fight).


Act II (NM)
  • You may not hire an Act II (NM) mercenary until you have reached the Kurast Docks.
  • You must clear the Halls of Dead and find the chest room (screenshot the chest w/ stats screen open).
  • You may not use thawing potions during your fights with the Summoner and Duriel (post a screenshot w/ stats screen open).


Act III (NM)
  • Throughout the entirety of Act III (NM), you are prohibited from equipping any "runewords" until Mephisto is defeated.
  • The Golden Bird quest is never to be completed.
  • Prior to fighting Mephisto, you must attain max Fire and Cold resistances (post a screenshot w/ stats screen open).
  • If Mephisto drops any form of boots or gloves from his quest drop, you may re-run him as much as you'd like. However, if he fails to drop any form of boots or gloves, then you may never re-run Mephisto (NM) again (post a screenshot of the quest drops w/ stats screen open).


Act IV (NM)
  • You are prohibited from having a shield equipped until Diablo is defeated.
  • Upon entering the Chaos Sanctuary, you are not allowed to use any skill that is level 24 or greater.

Act V (NM)
  • You are prohibited from performing re-runs of any areas or bosses for the intentional use of XP or MFing.
  • The item rewarded by Anya must be equipped until you have defeated Andariel (H) (post a screenshot of the item w/ stats screen open).
  • During your fight w/ the Ancient's, you are only permitted to use the potions that can fit in your belt and inventory (none may be placed on the ground).
