Treachery is really nice. But don’t like to be dependent on the treachery proc in order to be res capped.
Never tried Delirium actually, but looks kinda fun. But won’t think either I can be bothered to farm Ist from Hell Countess.
Sanctuary would be solid if I get the runes for it.
But won’t go the Hell before I’m res capped, so have to solve the problem here on NM before progressing.

Fade will proc pretty fast with treach since you're using CS a bit. Between Merc, valk, and decoy, you should be safe. Plus 45ias will make it easy to hit 52ias bp. That's how I ran my Java to LK.

Maybe your playstyle is a bit more offensive, but at this stage I'd transition to defensive if you're not already. Focus on LF and letting Merc and valk engage packs. Then CS for single enemies/bosses for cleanup /high damage. This also allows you to check boss pack mods before engaging. Also let's you check to make sure fade is up before engaging, which is not only res but DR

Yeah, the IAS would be really nice from Treachery, also the hidden DR is really solid, its just that I don't like the idea of not having a 100% uptime of my resistances being capped. Will definitely consider Treachery instead of Stealth for Hell beginning (if I have the runes), but I won't use it as a solution to cap my resistances.
I wouldn't say my playstyle is offensive it all. Will always prefer defence over offence anyday, when needed. I will go Max block as soon as I have a shield that support it. Likewise I will also pick T-gods over Razortail almost all the time because of its defensive layer.

But its a really solid suggestion. Normally I would use my first Lem for Treachery for my merc instead of myself. Remembered as I fixed my res for Hell with Smoke in my last playthrough, but not sure yet how I will do it in this WT.

I can relate to all your arguments, but sometimes the best defense is to be offensive, Can't get killed if you kill everything faster than they kill you, Hence Treachery and razortail.

That's also a really valid point. In my last playthrough I did play around with Razortail and god it feels good to have 100% pierce. I just value increased max res higher in most cases. T-god's alone is a 40% lightning damage reduction and it's even before the absorb. I can't say no to that on p8 hc I feel.

But I'm in the beginning of Act 5 now. And I've barely got any xp since I found Titan's, so expect to be around lvl 72 when I hit Baal. Would like to be at least lvl 75 before entering Hell - if not a bit higher. So might do some Baal runs and see if I get some interesting gear pieces to play around with.

So a minor break from d2 for around 8 months, but we are back.
Page 46 on this WT and still on NM difficulty lol. Let's progress.

The last 25 pages or so I have been farming NM Meph for Titan's. Got them on run 482 - they were even eth, but got lowrolled with a 150% ED.

Time to finish act 5. Anya just rescued. Portal to Nithalak is open, which also means that as soon as I hit level 75 (just dinged 73) my next farm will start - which is some 3/20 shopping from Anya. Last char I got it in 29 minutes. I hope to be just as lucky this time.

That's one of the better SC's.
