Nice Lawbringer! I sorely need more damage. Pul runes refuse to drop and no good bases have dropped either for something like Oath. Still rolling with non-upped dual Butcher's.

Edit: Have found some okay runes from Countess;

3x Lums
2x Ums
1x Ist
1x Ko
1x Lem

Oof, rng is cruel. Shame you can't reverse cube an um into both your puls for butcher upgrades :P
