Trying to kill ubers will require a Beast Berserker Axe, got lucky first try here for 5 sockets.

why are you going for beast BA? you're not going to use it for dmg but for the aura, go for some low req axe instead?

He dont need to make beast ba i think, it's a not summon nec.

As I am nearing closer to making enigma it will speed up my farming for lower kurast high runes, and also for MF'ing bosses that will drop items I need. My goal is to gear up enough to attempt ubers as a summon necro. It will be my last challenge for this WT since it is basically an all or nothing attempt. If I can get a torch on a hardcore p8 necro I feel like thats a pretty outstanding achievement, so that's why I am going to be making a Beast BA. Although my build is still not fully determined, I will most likely use Beast for the Fanaticism for my summons.

does not answer why you want to make it in an elite axe. are you going to hit monsters with your beast? if not, you should not use an elite axe.
