(trick to anya helms: get full inventory so she drops the helm @ the floor. This makes the helm your ilvl i believe... cba to find topic but would give better stat gear)

you need open wounds or prevent monster heal or some poison damage to stop his regeneration

crafting an ow belt should be possible:)
