Yeah I was thinking this too, I vote CTA. He obviously doesn't mind the damage he has now and CTA would increase his chances of survival haha.

i'll vote faith. he could end up with a really bad CTA and get not that much extra life, but he can get a lot more damage from faith. +15 resists would also make up for some life.
