area level = monster level = determines Treasure Class

Act 5 39 65 85 The Worldstone Keep Level 1
Act 5 40 65 85 The Worldstone Keep Level 2
Act 5 42 66 85 The Worldstone Keep Level 3
Act 5 43 66 85 Throne of Destruction
Act 5 43 66 85 Worldstone Chamber

Area level of WSK level 1-2 in NM is level 65.

Area level of WSK 3, ToD and WC in NM is level 66.

Champion monsters (also ghostly, fanatic etc.) has a mlvl of alvl +2
Uniques (ie. Herpa Derp the Unclean) has a mlvl of alvl +3

69 69 Lo

Lo Rune drops from mlvl 69 or higher. For some reason melee hitting monsters need to be one mlvl higher to be able to drop the same TC. So, a melee hitting monster needs to have mlvl 70 for Lo. No idea why it's like this. Just facts...

Uniques in WSK level 3, ToD and WC can drop Lo Rune because they are mlvl 66+3 = mlvl 69

Conclusion: Zilrot is right, Lo Rune can drop from Uniques in WSK level 3, ToD and WC.

finally :)



k so, found a nice jwl and decided to go norm and sock my arreats ( 33 ed + 3-8 cold dmg ) until i get another better jwl :)



so, now im gonna go off and tonight ill start with LK !

dont know really... first have to find the weapon but i am not aiming for it, so if it appears it will make me think...

okay, so i just mfed LK something like 20 mins, i've been outside whole day @ gym and other stuff... just look this is awesome love this barb :P

first found this beauty for my Forty, it's perf for me ! :)



and then i just nearly had a hearth attack... though it was Ohm!



and... holy crap just in 20 mins of LK! 3rd Ohm of the wt... now only need another Vex to get my Lo ! sick!
