For the first 3 runes poll, I think Lem, Um, and Ohm. But I know you'll find a Sur there by tomorrow night.

Ah! There are two reasons really. First of all it lowers Fire Resist and Corpse Explosion is 50% fire damage and 50% physical damage. Secondly there's not much else to use instead for a P Nova Nec. Any Curse CTC will just be annoying since I've already got my own (mostly better too). Infinity also has CB which is what my merc needs for bosses. So pretty much; it's the only weapon that benefit me in two ways.

your first runes will be:
zod (not sure if it can even drop there? xD if not.. then the highest one possible)
than an el
and then vex

I believe act3 chest drops upto Ber? Correct me I am wrong.

Yes, I said chests, not monster drops.

If we count runes below Lem no one here is going be even close to right

And KillaMikey answered your question. Act 3 poppables/chests cannot drop over Ber Rune.
