Don't yell at me in cause you are aware of it, but do you know that slow from Clay Golem and Decrepify do not stack? It's one or the other. So if you are using Clay Dude then Decrepify is useless for you - you may save some skill points

It does stack with cold & clay golem

This speed reduction stacks with slowing effects from cold damage and from the Clay Golem, giving the Necromancer the ability to slow down enemies better than any other class in the game with this skill.
