This would be a bad idea aswell, wasting early important skill points into something that doesnt dmg but just freeze mobs (you dont need that before late nm/hell)
Either you use Freeze to freeze and dmg them with strafe/multi/whatever, either you go frost maiden but thats a different build (crap dmg build, but safer)

He’s going to respec as soon as he finds better gear, why delay the inevitable to sacrifice some early game damage. Holding onto respecs probably kills people more than it helps them

What dmg sacrifice are you talking about ? Freeze arrow does like 40-50 cold dmg at lvl 1, its better to invest into crit/ga or strafe
Oh and you dont have to use respec unless you need some extra str, but no need ever to respec skills on bowa ..

I would max it to nm meph grind or nm Andy. Once you find witch wild or another unique bow you can reroute to phys damage if desired. You said it yourself you don’t need all 3, why sacrifice early game damage waiting for a decent bow when you can use skills to help compensate
