After 12 runs and it raining Amn runes I made another one of these in a +1 base

I created a list of all the runes I need in order to make my upgrades, but nothing to put them in. Oh what have we here?

Finally find a base and it's eth..

Nope! I was thinking about a new challenge, ethereal items only! A zon could pull it off! my Lore's still got max dura.!

Decided it was time to get some Magic Find going since I can't find a base and these cellars are filled with uniques.
