Level up a few more times.
Find or cube a 2os poison nova wand, maybe a 3PN shield too.

I'm not sure when I should respec, like I said before, bone seems so much safer for progress. Maybe I'll get to Lower Kurast, then swap to poison??

Went to hell, because I didn't feel like I was getting any progress. Currently I'm going super super slowly.

I'm thinking I'll stay in hell and try to push forward 1 pack at a time and flee if I something is too hard. Currently having a lot of issues with ghosts because bone walls don't do anything, and even more so from champion/unique ghosts because I can't terror them. Any suggestions?

later I'll probably end up going back to nightmare to farm upgrades soon, but before I want a 3os eth elite armor to finally make treachery, and 3os eth polearm for crescent moon (and find an um while i'm at it). I feel that could help out with my kill speeds. I was going to get Iron Golem eventually to be my insight. Any thoughts?
