Correct, its what lets you enable ladder only RWs for SP.

Didn't feel a need to rerun Andariel. There are a few things I'd like to have from her but I don't feel a need to delay better things like NM Andariel, Meph, etc.
WoF already clears entire rooms in seconds, it's probably the most overpowered aoe clearing ability I've used so far at this point (early content) (on par with Fissure).
