I got my first HR ---> Lo after 2k run, so depends on how lucky you are.
I have read some guys, who got 2-3 HR under less then 200 Runs, but this is the RNG.:)

lol pure luck what is that? it seems like people do half the runs for double the runes i have acquired in LK, but i have invested into it so much that i am just continuing. even if i find an ist from countess every ~50-60 runs and i don't find a vex+ for another 1,000 runs, it is still faster for me going through LK than cubing up from countess.
