I have a question, do the runes sometimes appear "hidden" in my lk runs when the chest drops too many items I stop by and check and pick up some in case I miss a HR but I don't know if I can actually miss one, or its just waisting time.. so. Do u ever pick items to clear the drop?

Technically yes, that can happen. However, if you press and hold down Alt just before you loot you will see any rune and the orange color flash before you as the items fly to the ground. If you play without music you can also listen for be drop (but who plays without music really?). Just watch for the orange flash!
