That Lo rune drop is 100% legit.
This is a P1 pattern and has been confirmed via debugger (ollydbg). Anyone who has the knowledge how to use debugger can double check it.

So you can keep spamming that it was cheating, but as I said to your friend before: facts are stubborn things.
