What you mean by Lo only has 2 patterns? Like once a Lo drops thats the map pattern that drops Lo and you shouldnt reroll as long as you wants Lo's ?

Honestly, I'm also curious about this. I've never really spent a lot of time on SP P8 WTs, and I've got into them recently.

All I know is that LK can drop high runes from logs and chests, so I usually run there.

Iirc LK's super chest have ~60-70k different "patterns". Every time you open a chest one of the patterns is chosen to drop. 2 of these contain a Lo rune

Some folks over at diablo.incgamers did something like 20k+ runs and compiled their findings. Someone might have gone through the game code as well. Quoting Seb from another thread on the number of different patterns for super chests:

young2093, who are you to say several million runs proving a theory is wrong? I guarantee you any HR drop found on this forum in the 1.13 patch in a LK Superchest will fit a pattern. Unless a new pattern emerges which is highly unlikely (but still possible) like the Pul pattern I found on my Necro.

EDIT: Since most recent. I went through FantaExotic's drops. I think he's okay with that.

Look at my SUR rune drop and it has nothing to do with Defender, ElegantBlade, etc... so did I find the other pattern you think?

I can't see the screenshots in your topic, but by logic you didn't find the pattern #1, probably one of the other 10 that contains a Sur :)
