I came back after 2007 to play this game, and in 10 days I have found over 5 high runes just solo'ing on HARDCORE with Berserker Barb and Bowazon... yup
not the cookie cutter builds that just rush to the bosses etc.

Images mean nothing in this game unless you have something that is great and self found.
In the 10 days I have played... I have found 2x Vex / 1x Lo / 3x Ist and 3-4 Mal runes... guess what... all of them found in Act1 & Act2 Hell difficulty.

Here is a hint and suggestion... while hunting for keys (i hunt for all of them) don't rush it...

all i saw in your images is the same old crap... NOTHING NEW... that is because you do specific runs... ever heard of level 85 areas?
If not... look it up... oh... as a side note... Matrons Den = level 83 area.

EDIT: Pit is NOT the only level 85 area

How about you take a look at yourself and stfu.
I started back up 10 days ago... I have found 2 vex / 1 Lo / 2 mals and 5 ist rune... guess what
none of those fell in a level 85 area at all.

If you want to find Eth Polearms... just run River / Chaos (river starting from City of Damned), they are level 85 areas, you can also find Steelrends, Griffons etc gaining more
XP and more chances because of the amount of monsters there vs Pit... if you want to do more 85 areas... then Ancient Tunnels and Maggot level 3... only problem... is the time
to try and find them (NO Maphack)... also... WSK level 2 / 3 and throne = 85 areas that can drop all the items you and I stated... but... more monster spawns etc.

Actually... if you did HELL COWS you would find Great Poleaxe (eth) etc... but have a higher chance of finding skiller GCs than some areas... Nith / Baal GCs are the only
GCs that can spawn 41-45 life (skillers)... so why fuck with pit only... try more areas and stop wasting time with undead Act1 guys.

This is Single player P8 HC. Not much people are farming WS2 or Chaos. Just saying.

I don't know if you even read the entire wt. I don't post only the good items, but the bad items as well. The screenshots I recently posted were from a series of pit runs (lvl 85!) and my goal was to find a base for infinity. Hence, I posted shots of eth/socketed polearms if they even came close to what I was looking for as well as anything else interesting along the way. If I only posted my end-game finds it would be a very short wt.

I was running specific bosses (Meph NM and Andy Hell) looking for one specific item, since Meph NM has the best chance to drop Titan's and Andy Hell has the best chance to drop Laying of Hands.

Matron's Den? I missed the part where I finished Act 3 and 4 and farmed the keys...
