The only gear upgrade today. I swapped out a 17 lifer for this, as I'm not too bad in the life dept anymore.

I know you are trying to collect every unique/set item, but, when you find a duplicate, do you make a conscious decision to keep the better of the two?

Yep, but it was really slowing me down. So now I only do it for higher level items. Like those boneweave boots Diablo dropped were an upgrade.

So I did another baal run, and ~ four chaos runs, and some additional trav/shenk. No ist or dracs or elite pally shield, but there was one interesting diablo drop opening options for UT.

This is interesting... I could shael that lightsabre and go low budget into UT... Perhaps nn grief. But then I'd lose a socket q, and I just realized the SoJ recipe only works on rares. So I need a socket q on g'face, and on the shako. Hrmm.

Well, after many days of fairly unproductive trav / chaos / baaling, I decided to instead just run countess for some runes instead. I was glad I did I ran about 20 times, and all screen shots are added to today's album. http://s1078.photobucket.com/albums/w486/d2thing/torch/2012_02_12/

BTW, I also screencaptured the armor rack drops on level 4 of tower. Well more than half the time it drops a shako, and the weapon rack likes to drop a mithril point too. It is just weird. You can see the shots in the album.
