Did you find a zod to make BotD in Berserker Axe?

I wish. Just stating what that axe can be used for. I’ve never seen a Zod ever.

You have the runes for oath and death though? Is either an upgrade?

I have runes for both but Wolf attacks Grief as if it’s two weapons so they aren’t really upgrades. One can argue Death can compete with Grief. Grief sword and Death Axe would require 2 masteries.

Nothing can compete with Grief.

Can it keep up? You mentioned you basically herd then shout away minions so Merc should stay with you during tele. I'm always curious in these scenarios of pride vs reapers.

From my experience Reapers doesn’t grant 100% decrep uptime. Mobs can kite your merc away and you run faster. Also wolf doesn’t always have teleport constantly, so you gotta play smart. For Frenzy it has big advantage here where you use teleport to travel instead of running.

IMO, Doctor is spot on about Concentration being up 100% of time cause it’s range is great and it doesn’t need to proc.
