So, thats where i'm at. Sitting in town contemplating life and how to get around uber diablo. Bish is already dead but i'm still in cold plains. Since i'm full clearing i either have to clear around him and skip him for now, or kill him. Dunno if i can. Resists are maxed and have a lifetap wand but his hose does so much dmg.

I did forget nightmare cows. I did normal cows. Once i clear up to andy i will make a game for the nightmare cows. Thank you for reminding me :)

Skip him or leave the game and restart the area. You will not kill him at that level.
Keep it safe and enjoy this char a bit longer ;)
