Tower is alvl 75-79 and phase blade is tc 75. Azurewrath requires ilvl 87 though, so you cannot find it in tower

i had only actually killed one of them and then made the flail. so still had some work to do


This guy was a pain. Was immune to phys when he wasnt decryp and was a very slow kill



Was a little worried about this since my resists are middle of the road. over all it wasnt to bad though. his charged attack hurt pretty bad but other then that i was able to just tank him
