It seems like even single player finds that people are excited about get ripped apart by people who have no kindness.

Edit: As much as im sure it makes you feel better about yourself to rip on things people are proud of. Really no one wants to hear it. If you dont wanna see people posting these items that they got excited enough to post about. Then you are in the wrong forums.

Everyone in this sub-forum knows that it is single player and items are hard to find. Posting a drop that is beneficial to your character isn't necessarily a trophy. That is what members are trying to get through to you.




If you don't want your item critiqued, posting it in the Trophy Room is not the correct idea then. The Trophy Room is designed for people to get critiqued and show off rarely-found items with very nice attributes.

Also, most of the members here know the feeling that you're describing as they have completed walk-throughs, characters, item contests, etc. You can't just come in here and think you own the place.

Wasnt mine being critiqued. This also isnt a critiquing topic. Its a trophy topic. Some things are trophies to some where to others they arent, which is fine, but like I said. If you dont got nothing nice to say dont say it. Im sure all your parents taught you that. So lets be adults. I mean its clear there is some sort of irrelevant social hierarchy goin on here but keep it to yourselves. People get scared away from this fun sub forum based on a few bad eggs. Stuff like that gets people banned in a more controlled environments. Also contrary to your beliefs no one came in acting like they own the place. Its just a shame to watch people get excited about their trophies and wanna share it and then people take it upon themselves to act like they own the place. (pure irony lol) I realize its incredibly easy to be a hypocrite and contradict yourselves but please just do it elsewhere. Maybe the picky bnet trophy room?

You misunderstand the point of the Trophy Room then. It's a place where people decide if it is a trophy or not, such as a showcase. People judge it.

Your abrasiveness and aggression throughout this thread is spurring all of the negativity, and attempting to call out the "bad eggs" when they understand the concept of a Trophy Room is confusing. While some of the comments/critiques might be harsh, it doesn't negate the personal trophy the item has. It may just not be a trophy in everyone's eyes.

Please re-adjust your attitude about the members that frequent this sub-forum. Not all of us post comments here, but we do contribute in a friendly manner. You might just be the cause of these retorts.

I'd like to chime in at this point and say that it isn't just Mouthz that feels this way about the attitude of the vocal minority in this thread. I agree with what he is saying, there are a handful of posters here with a serious attitude problem that is to the detriment of this online community.

I've received and witnessed numerous unprovoked sh*tty comments from people here, from either posting an item or just making casual conversation about the nature of an item. I refrained from kicking up a stink about it before because... well, it'd be starting a debate on the internet, one of the most pointless and time-consuming endevaours one could embark upon. However, I think it's a good time to say that it isn't just one person finding your manner abrasive and uncouth.

I don't really know what you're trying to prove, or to whom, but it is totally unnecessary.

If the majority does not find an item trophy-worthy, it would be more constructive to tell them why this is, rather than just "lel 0/10 scrub", or words to that effect.
