The damage reduced will help you 1000x better than those resists that can be maxed out by something else (like rings, charms, Boots, runes, Etc)

I would also choose SS. First of all you can sox it and put a Pdiamond/Um/jool @ + add in it if you need resistance. You could also put a 15 ias add jool in it. Second the DR is really nice. Yeah Passives do help, but when you get hit, then the 35dr will help a lot.

Not titans but well i use it before find titans 
Would need to reset stats. Think i wont reset or use tstroke/ss before i get my CTA made. But when i do i will re-stat and use ss/tstroke and go for max block?
