The thing is, i think i dont need the ias from andy, nor the str. So only leech are to be considered, also the stupid -fres.
Its basically 2sk 25-30str leech -30fres vs leech 15-20%dr 10-15mdr

Thanks for this WT. I'm new at this stuff and this is a good tutorial. Some of the things you call garbage I thought were great gear and some of the things I thought were great were garbage. It shows what I should be looking for in certain pieces of gear. I would have sold half of the small charms you drool over and I never would have even picked most/all of the grey items. A lot of this strategy and planning is still over my head but it helps.
