First off awesome wt man, you’ve made me want to come back and read this forum again for the first time in a long time.

For merc, you 100% want to find a reapers and just go reapers, guilli and treachery.

For your weapon + armor I think your main focus should be getting to a decent crushing blow% since the only thing that will pose a challenge for you are boss packs and You’ll have 15 with gores and then since you’re using dracs it’s just armor and weapon to get any more. You could go with Duress for the 15% and the resists/fhr/defense are solid as well. Then a beast caddy just needs 52% ias for 5.2 frames, which you get from the weapon + highlords.

With that setup you’ll have 50% cb, max attack speed and also passable melee damage to keep you alive with life tap. Another huge bonus is the lvl 9 Fanat gets your merc to the max fpa with just 52% ias using a thresher so a simple 15 ias jewel in the Guilli to go with treachery maxes him out. Also not sure if you’ve used any socket quests but since your using all rune words you could always use a second socket quest on reapers, but maybe only if you find an eth one.

If you’re not using beast caddy pretty much any other setup is gonna require treachery(not the worst thing) to reach max fpa if you want to keep dracs for gloves.

In the meantime while looking for a caddy or whatever else you use keep socketing phase blades and make a crescent moon to see how the kill speed is.

You sound like you are reading my thoughts. This is exactly what i was thinking.
I am running Pits atm, hopefully ill find Caddy, also checking for PB's to try out CMoon in the meantime. Duress was also in my mind for armor, hopefully i find 1xed elite base. Or i can just use my current 442 def Dusk.
I found Reapers at beginning of Meph runs, i am currently testing it out, still not sure if i like it due to the interference with Drac's life tap. Merc already has 1k+def Treach and Guilly. I have stashed 15ias/39ed jwl which would be ideal partner for either Guilly or eReapers.
I have all 3 socket quests still free.

Ah didn’t think about the overlap of life tap and decripify! In that case just slap an Eth Obedience Thresher/GT on him and throw that ed/ias jewel in the guilli

Tried to get 3sox, but was fail. Decided to stop with socketing PB's, i am saving Um for Beast

I have tried CMoon in last ~15 Pit runs, but not sure if i like it. That static triggers fine if merc has good attack speed, but it doesn't beat Reapers in general. Light immune/high light res monsters are the one i would like to kill faster. Besides static, CMoon doesn't give anything else and has no LL. Maybe for some other build would be better. For me, Reapers just gives me more, even if Decrep overlaps with Life tap.

Yes, Reapers provides so much more safety. Cmoon is a descent early hell temp if you have an Um burning a hole in your pocket.
