This is very true. 2 nice jewels would be a little more practical.

whistan is best if u wanna block, moosers not worth it imo... too weak for block unless u desperately need the resis

sadly gothic shield is 36% block on sorc. tower is 44%. If I was to craft a perfect shield, 20% block + 10% craft mod, I Wouldget 66%. very rare, would need it to be prismatic 2 sockets. or I can make rhyme in a tower shield and get the easy 20% block 25 res all, 64% block

but is would be a seriously good shield option if it was used on tower shield! 44% + 20% + max of 10% = 74%, a high block rating indeed, with prismatic PLUS 2 sockets.... could be good! if it was possible.... but rare...

but then might as well socket ko ko mal into a tower shield for 44 +2o % block .... 64% BUT shield has 20 dex on it which sort of is like extra block. and it has fhr, slow missiles and up to 70% res all

I wish more crafted items were viable... be fun to make a crafted only character! it would be doable!

but sorc, only 65% bp attainable, not bad
