For orb/enchant you wouldnt need more than 63 tho. I wouldnt recommend occy for hc, but wiz spike is really nice. wiz spike and coh and youd easily have enough res to use stormshield with hel or a nice -15 jewel. just thinkin long term

thats max block, max dr with coh shako and storm, and extreme resists
