Very strange ting
I am always rolling 1-3 critical strike insight. It's impossible to roll more than 3. Have you ever seen dis bug?

barb can only visually see +3 bo on a CTA, even if cta is 664.

perhaps you're rolling more than 3 Critical Strike, but it being amazon skill, you're only seeing it as +3. if you have shared stash, try muling it to a different character type and see that stats
